The She Unmuted Standards™
Five commitments that govern every article, episode, resource, and workshop we publish. They are the reason we exist — and the reason you can trust what you find here.
- 01Standard
Evidence-informed, always.
Every article, episode, and workshop is grounded in peer-reviewed science and reviewed against current clinical guidance. When the evidence is unsettled, we say so.
- 02Standard
Educational, not diagnostic.
We teach the language, the anatomy, and the patterns — so you can walk into your appointment prepared. We do not diagnose, prescribe, or replace medical care.
- 03Standard
Compassion is a clinical practice.
How information is delivered matters as much as what is said. We hold space for shame, silence, and complexity, and we refuse to shame anyone into learning.
- 04Standard
Transparent sources.
We cite what we cite. Reviewers, contributors, and clinical advisors are named. When we update a resource, we date it and explain what changed.
- 05Standard
For every woman, in every body.
Our editorial standard requires representation across ages, ethnicities, and life stages, and language that respects trans and non-binary people who live in these bodies.
