She Unmuted™ (“we”, “us”) is an educational platform for women’s intimate health. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
We collect only what we need to run the service you asked for:
- Newsletter: your email address, when you subscribe to The Unmuted Letter.
- The Quiet Inbox: the topic and text of your question. We do not attach your name, email, IP address, or device identifier to questions.
- Basic analytics: aggregated, anonymised usage data so we can improve the editorial experience. No cross-site tracking.
How we use it
Email addresses are used only to send The Unmuted Letter and essential service messages. Quiet Inbox questions inform the editorial and podcast agenda — we may publish selected questions anonymously, never with identifiers.
How we protect it
Submissions are stored on encrypted, access-controlled infrastructure. Only authorised editorial staff can access subscriber data. We never sell, rent, or trade your information.
Your rights
You can unsubscribe at any time — one click on any letter. You can request a copy or deletion of your personal data by emailing hello@sheunmuted.com. We honour requests within 30 days.
Cookies
We use only the strictly necessary cookies required to serve the site. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site trackers.
