• The Quiet Inbox: the topic and text of your question. We do not attach your name, email, IP address, or device identifier to questions.
• Basic analytics: aggregated, anonymised usage data so we can improve the editorial experience. No cross-site tracking.

How we use it

Email addresses are used only to send The Unmuted Letter and essential service messages. Quiet Inbox questions inform the editorial and podcast agenda — we may publish selected questions anonymously, never with identifiers.

How we protect it

Submissions are stored on encrypted, access-controlled infrastructure. Only authorised editorial staff can access subscriber data. We never sell, rent, or trade your information.

Your rights

You can unsubscribe at any time — one click on any letter. You can request a copy or deletion of your personal data by emailing hello@sheunmuted.com. We honour requests within 30 days.
