Ch. 01Foundation · Est. 2024

You are not imagining it. You are not alone. And you are not without answers.

For every question you were told was too small, too much, or too embarrassing to ask — this is the room where it gets answered. With science. With warmth. In plain language. She Unmuted™ is the digital headquarters for women’s intimate health education.

  • Evidence-informed
  • Educational, not diagnostic
  • Compassionate care
  • Transparent sources
A woman in warm morning light, in quiet reflection — She Unmuted.
Ch. 02The Mission

To replace shame with science, and isolation with community. We are not a clinic. We are a reclamation of the words, the knowledge, and the care that women have always deserved.

Ch. 06The Founder

A movement needs a human being behind it.

She Unmuted™ was founded by Tholang Moloi — after years of hearing the same quiet sentence from women across every walk of life: “I thought it was just me.”It is a movement built to help women understand their bodies with confidence, ask better questions, and know they are never alone in what they are experiencing.

I built the room I wish had existed the first time I whispered a question about my own body.

The She Unmuted Standards™.

Five commitments — evidence, compassion, transparency, education, representation — that govern every article, resource, and conversation we publish.

  1. 01

    Evidence-informed, always.

Every article, episode, and workshop is grounded in peer-reviewed science and reviewed against current clinical guidance. When the evidence is unsettled, we say so.

  2. 02

    Educational, not diagnostic.

We teach the language, the anatomy, and the patterns — so you can walk into your appointment prepared. We do not diagnose, prescribe, or replace medical care.

  3. 03

    Compassion is a clinical practice.

How information is delivered matters as much as what is said. We hold space for shame, silence, and complexity, and we refuse to shame anyone into learning.

  4. 04

    Transparent sources.

We cite what we cite. Reviewers, contributors, and clinical advisors are named. When we update a resource, we date it and explain what changed.

  5. 05

For every woman, in every body.

Our editorial standard requires representation across ages, ethnicities, and life stages, and language that respects trans and non-binary people who live in these bodies.
